Hello, I’m new to Drafts, please help me in importing notes from Draft to Joplin.

Honestly, I know nothing about Joplin. There was one previous thread on the topic, but I’m not sure it ended in a resolution.
Sounds like maybe Joplin just stores files on disk? In which case, much like Obsidian integrations, it would make the most sense just to create Drafts actions that write to files in the folders Joplin uses.
Best as I can tell, the app itself does not support direct integration via the normal channels, but maybe I’m missing something. If they have Shortcuts actions, that might be a route to look at as well.
