Came across this tweet from Drafts, nothing new, but I liked the idea. Tried it. I was expecting just the quick capture window to pop open. I totally agree with @wangye_jay in this thread that it’s an odd experience.
I think apps like Tweetbot and OmniFocus do it right, which is to say, only the quick capture window shows, not that and the main app window. When I want to quickly capture something while working in another app, I wouldn’t want to see the main window.
