Collapsible sections in actions list

Would be cool to be able to expand/collapse sections of action lists

Perhaps when a divider is added to the action list, touching it could toggle the visibility of the actions between it and the next divider

(If similar behavior isn’t possible for the keyboard icon row / action bar, then just show all actions there all the time)

Maybe folding for headings? Though that could be tough regarding different schemas (Markdown, Asciidoc …)
