After updating to 24.0.8, the preview of Russian symbols is not displayed correctly (screenshot).
Tell us how you can fix it.

Appears to be some disagreement on encoding, fixing. If you delete the iCloud Drive/Drafts/Library/Previews folder it will revert to the old behavior to workaround for now.
