I am not able to fill any widgets with content. I even rebuilt the Errands To-Do from the demo to get it working. I also tried other Widget types, they all keep blank (but change from light to dark).

This is on iOS 17.0.3 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Not before, but now I did. And afterwards, the Drafts widgets are filled with their respective content again. Thank you!
This is a common, persistent iOS bug that has been around as long as widgets. It occasionally occurs when new updates are installed - either to an app that offers widgets, or the OS itself. Reboot usually, but not always, fixes. Sometimes you have to delete and re-add the widget after the reboot as well.
