I want to add that I did not invent the idea.
I have seen it on many threads from others

On some threads Greg himself used it.
I would argue that the tags system with emojis are better
- they are not so intrusive
- they are more visible through the emoji but easy to add
- they are clickable !!!
By looking through the forum I found that the search therm does not work well with it
