I’m offering this suggestion since my impression is this isn’t possible using standard template tags and that it wouldn’t be as responsive if it were implemented using actions scripting. At least for me, it would be useful to have a specific tag, that, in a way that is similar to the checklist “- [ ]”, would instantly be replaced with the current (configurable) date and/or time when clicked. That way, a template could be created with these little timestamp placeholder “tags” and at various times it would only require a tap on the tag to replace it with the current date and/or time at different times in the same draft. If there is already some way to do this that I’m missing, please advise. Thanks for a great product!
This can be used to insert a timestamp.

Awesome… I was using Actions for this but this opens up a whole new thread of exciting possibilities…
