The bottom-left up/down ^/v buttons sometimes ineffective

I’ve noticed this since early beta days. Repro:

  • In a workspace that’s ordered ascending, like by created date
  • Enter Focus mode
  • Pull up an old note
  • Start a new note
  • The ^ button is disabled, the v button doesn’t do anything
