For interested parties, I’ve got out betas of Tally, my counting/scorekeeping/habit-tracking app with a few key updates:
- AI Tally Set Generation (requires OS 27 beta): Uses Private Cloud Compute to generate complete tally sets from natural language. Much quicker and easier than manually tweaking all the values. A few example prompts that work great below. Note you can use Siri dictation to input the prompt and make it even easier:
- “Score a game of Scrabble with Joe, Jenn, and Jacob”
- “Workout set with rep counters for Sit-Ups, Chin-Ups, and Push-Ups. Each with a target of 20, set to reset daily”
- “Inventory T-Shirts sized XS-XXL”
- Automatic Interval Resets: Tallies can now be configured to automatically reset either daily, weekly, or monthly.
