When I try to use and email action, the iOS email prompt comes up but the Send button is grayed out. I put in a valid to email address but the Send button is always unavailable. What am I missing?

Turns out I had deleted the Mail app on my phone and therefore the email sheet doesn’t work (in any app) if that’s not installed.
