Sending images encoded with Mail Assistant

I’ve been using Drafts’ Mail Assistant to send formatted emails. It works fine for text. However, when I want to include images in it, I need to upload them to a public accessible cloud folder and add them using the link. When the user opens the email, its mail app has to download those images, of course.

Is there a way I can include the images encoded in the email itself, so they don’t need to download when the email is opened?

Drafts does not work with images directly, just text.

You can add image attachments in the Mail Assistant window once it opens by drag and drop, but not in Drafts itself.
