Sending email from drafts to work exchange account never shows up

I have sent several emails from drafts to my work account that have never shown up. I have copy and pasted text from Drafts 4 to Drafts 5 and it was successful. What am I doing wrong? Do Ineed to change format that’s sent, if so how?
