Screen jumps around & default copy paste menu does not appear anymore

Hi

I use the app pretty much daily and for most of my notes.

I started noticing the app not working as intended a few days ago

First I noticed that the app would suddenly freeze while scrolling down long drafts, and I would have to restart the app.

Now I cannot pull up the iOS default copy, paste etc menu after selecting text in a draft.

Also while typing, the screen seems to jump around all over the place on every key typed.

Really love the app and usually have no issues, but just wanted to let you know this was happening for me.

Also these are issues I have experienced on the iOS version.

I sometimes see the issue where the screen position jumps when you type or click to select, but it is occasional not continuous. This is on iPad.

Maybe related to this?

As an example, I just opened an existing draft about 60,000 characters long, scrolled to the middle, and clicked. The window scrolled by itself to the end of the content, and the keyboard came up with the cursor positioned there, not at the point way above where I had clicked.

So far, I don’t think this is a Drafts issue, but an OS 26 issue. Hard to figure out if there is even a way to workaround it, because I can’t ever reproduce it - it just seems to randomly happen…and will typically stop if you force quit, or sometimes reboot the device.

I’ve had it crop up in other apps as well, including Apple Notes.

I’m keeping an eye on it, but think it may come down to Apple addressing in an update.
