Actually I wanted to use Drafts specifically with Bear to quickly pop a note into Bear without opening it. I have an action that will do this but it seems quick capture doesn’t offer the option to run an action. Is there a work around for this. Thanx

You could create an Apple Shortcuts shortcut to capture content and run the action, but if you only ever want the content to end up in Bear, with no additional processing in Drafts, maybe just use Bear’s own Shortcuts support.

I haven’t tried it but maybe an Automation would work? (I mean the other section of the Shortcuts app.) I think it has a trigger for when you open or close an app. Theoretically, if quick capture triggers the app close, it could run a Shortcut. Or set the time of day trigger and run something to send all inbox notes to Bear and then archive them.
