If possible can someone please send a sample text for the actions of how i create a rolling Journal md file in dropbox? for example all the notes i create from now can be rolled into one 2022 file rather than loads of files. I think it will keep it nice and clean and help re-read it in many years to come.

The standard Basic action group that comes at install has a rolling Dropbox journal action. It is just the filename that determines how often it roles. The action is monthly, but if you delete the month from the filename it would become yearly.
The original action group is also available in the directory if you have deleted it.
The action is called “Append to Dropbox Journal”.
