In Drafts Script Reference, the Reminder class does not allow to change the flag status of a reminder. Would it be possible to add this property ?

Unless something has changed and I missed it, Apple has never added support for the flagged value of a reminder to the APIs. Either to retrieve or set the value…so it’s impossible for Drafts to access.
You can set the flagged status using Shortcuts or AppleScript, which you can trigger from Drafts, but those are the only ways I know to access the value.
Ok too bad ! Hope Apple will enrich its API
