Is there a way to print multiple drafts at one go? For example, by selecting many drafts, then saying Print, and they’re printed one after another on multiple pages?
You can select multiple drafts in the list, and use “Run Action” in the operations menu (up chevron next to “Select” on iOS, right-click contextual menu on Mac) and execute your desired printing action. It will do it in series, so you’ll still get multiple print dialogs and have to hit “Print” for each draft.
You could also merge the drafts into one here and print that – but you would not be getting a new page for each that way.
Is there a way to combine them into a single print dialog? So that, say for example, 5 drafts, I’d get a single PDF with 5 pages, 1 page per draft?
It could be done with an action that built a single HTML document with page-break elements between the drafts. I can’t say I’ve seen an example of one – how’s your scripting and/or HTML/CSS ability?
