Typewriter mode is the one thing I am really missing in Drafts on the iPad (with attached keyboard).
On the Mac it is possible to drag the vertical scrollbar to move the body of the document, so there is enough room below the text. And on the iPhone the problem does not exist with the virtual keyboard.
