This a more a workflow than a Drafts action but it was inspired by Rosemary Orchards Omnifocus taskpaper keyboard for Drafts and requires that.
It searches for tasks in the draft, the notes of a meeting, (designated by [] -), collects them and sends them to omnifocus with an included link to the original meeting notes which it posts to bear in the same format as I shared in an answer to a Daybook post.
