When I open Drafts (MacOS), the default behavior is the notes in Inbox are displayed. I would like the default to be All. If this can be done, what do I have to do?

Workspaces allow you to specify the default folder.
In addition beta version 25.2.5 onwards has the following fix:
Fix: If default workspace is set to select a folder tab, that selection should be applied when app is first launched.
