Moving Individual List Items

I would like to reorder individual items in my ToDo list as a way to simply place the ‘next’ todo at the top of the list manually. I can do that in the Apple Reminders all via tap and drag/place and in Apple Notes via Control + Command + down Arrow.

Is something similar in Drafts?

Have you considered using arrange mode?

There are also actions in the directory that let you move lines which you could add a keyboard shortcut to.
