Moving from one part to another of the same draft

Hello,

I’m wondering if there is a way to move from one part to another part of a draft, like you can do with html to move from one part to another of the same webpage, or to move to another part of a different webpage.

I think you mean navigating within the content of a draft. The Navigation menu services that purpose for structured text in a draft:
