Is there a way to perform a manual sync between laptops of all of my settings without using iCloud? My work laptop disallows iCloud Drive so none of my settings sync and I was wondering if there was a way using defaults or something to sync between the two.

You can restore backups of Workspaces and Action Groups. There’s no way to move things like editor settings or other preferences, I’m afraid.
