Lost a note - Drafts backup?

I lost a note today. Either it disappeared by some bug or I accidentally deleted it or I selected all the text, cut it and forgot to paste.

I’m not sure what happened but it’s gone.

Is there a way to get it back within Drafts? Some backup method I can revert to.

I also have Time Machine on my mac and Drafts installed there. Would that do the trick?

Any help is much appreciated

Well…if you “deleted” it, it would be in the trash tab for 30 days for you to restore.

If you cut the text from it, you would have a “- blank -” draft in your draft list, which should have a version history which could be used to restore the last version.
