Looking for some Templates

Like DND / RPG Character Sheets, Daily templates, journaling, habit / mood tracker

You should be able to look more broadly. Most people use Markdown in Drafts and such templates are agnostic of the tool given the broad availability of the syntax. So if you find a template in Markdown format anywhere you could use it in any Markdown enabled tool - e.g. Drafts.

That makes sense. I’ve been looking at a few Markdown templates from Notion and Obsidian communities, some of them seem like they could transfer over pretty easily to Drafts. Curious if anyone here has a workflow for importing or adapting those kinds of templates, or maybe even using actions to automate them a bit?

Take a look at this action for one possible starting point t with templates.

Also search the forum and the directory for many discussions of interactions between Drafts, Obsidian, and Notion. Typically they would be destinations from Drafts rather than template sources.

Copy and paste of plain text is a good start for templates.

You can create actions to help populate place holders in templates and if you use Drafts’ template tags, and standard template processing you can make the whole.process easier as you don’t need to pars the text for custom placeholders.

This topic is wide open so it is very difficult to prescribe any direction. It is more just a case of what would you like to eb able to do?

Curious. If they’re already markdown, is there anything more that needs to be done beyond copy/paste (as @sylumer suggests)?

Can you link to an example?
