Does anyone have a suggestion for an apple shortcut (I’ve tried no luck) or an Action that opens Drafts, launches Wispr and the back to the Drafts note so I can immediately start dictating a new note?
I much prefer Wispr over Apple Dictate.

I don’t know what “Wispr” is…link? I’m assuming it’s a Whisper dictation app, but I’m not immediately finding one named that exactly.
Generally speaking, if it supports something like x-callback-url, and action can probably be made.
Wispr Flow - sorry. And thanks - unfortunately I do not see a an X Callback for Wispr Flow.
I guess the app is actually this one:
Not sure where Aiko come in unless it is just a random example of literally dozens of apps utilising the Whisper model. Maybe you could elaborate on the like you posted @omarshahine?
Wispr Flow mentions a shortcut, but @jaymf does it have any Shortcuts support that could help here? It might mean rethinking the approach, but if there is, then maybe there ar options. As with integrating anything though, the app needs to offer up some access points otherwise it is an automation silo… and other alternatives might be worth exploring or th devels contacting if this is something you require.
It has a good shortcut integration and is a local / offline model. So you can integrate it pretty easily with drafts.
What scenario are you trying to enable?
Thanks for the detailed and helpful reply.
Didn’t realize there are so many similar options. They do have a few shortcuts but they are limited…
And yes, I need to approach this differently. I prefer to talk to Wispr Flow in Drafts — and I can - but with a few clicks - doesn’t seem to be avoidable. I can in one click dictate directly into Wispr Flow - something that will taking a bit of getting used to.
