I’ve had this problem happen to me twice where the actions disappear from the iOS Drafts app keyboard and are replaced with just 3 dots. When I try to click on the 3 dots nothing happens.
The actions are still in the iOS sidebar and my MacOS Drafts app works just fine.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on iOS appears to fix the issue.
