Is it possible to have CLI interface WITHOUT Cloude installation?

I’m very interested in using CLI but I don’t want to install any Cloude (or other AI) code. Is it possible?

The instructions to install the CLI are in the project readme. The MCP and CLI are part of the same project, and are wrappers for working with Drafts via AppleScript; neither requires nor utilizes Claude in any way – they are just wrappers for interacting with Drafts.
