I just added Drafts to my iPhone lock screen and noticed that I get an Inbox count. I have that Notifications → Badge → Show Count disabled.
Is there a way to disable this on the lock screen as well?

The widget used on the Lock Screen is like the Grid Widget that displays a single option. You can tap on it in Lock Screen edit mode and configure what you want it to do, and that effects the display on the Lock Screen. The default selection is to open your inbox, which displays a count, but you can set it to just open the app, or create new draft, etc., and get an icon appropriate to that action.
