I’m new to Drafts. Just received my brand new iPad pro today and pencil. I have tried importing PDF’s from google drive, iCloud, and adobe but absolutely nothing is working. I tried “flattening” the PDF’s as well and that also did not work. Any suggestions? I just installed Drafts today and the iPad Pro has the latest version.
Drafts works with plain text only. You would need to get the text out of the PDFs.
You could use a Shortcuts shortcut to do that. The results may not be perfect though. PDF can have complex layouts with things captions and footnotes.
