Hookmark support / better URI

I’m not that familiar with Hookmark, but believe it can use URLs. Drafts has a wide variety of URLs, including ones to open a workspace: URL Schemes | Drafts User Guide

Use like:

drafts://workspace?name=WORKSPACE-NAME
