Was wondering if there is a way for Drafts preview math symbols, greek letters, and equations with multimarkdown syntax.
For example: A formula, \({e}^{i\pi }+1=0\), inside a paragraph.

What happens if you use the HTML symbols? For example if I type the characters
ampersand pee eye semicolon
I might expect to get

I know this isn’t Drafts being aware of maths - but it might get you where you need to go.
Now that there is more Multimarkdown support I was wondering if there is a way to render math in Preview mode…besides some HTML tags.
Mathjax can work in previews. The below is an old Drafts 4 example, it it can be migrated:
