I’m using Drafts on my Mac and my iPhone, and often the Mac doesn’t sync with the iPhone content. I would like to know if there is a way to force a sync between devices to keep my content current. I can’t seem to find any commands to do so, so I’m looking for help. Both devices are current in their OS version as well as the Drafts version. I’ve noticed this happens more often when the Mac is using the iPhone as a hotspot, but why should this affect the sync if the data is stored with iCloud? Thanks for any help.
There is not a button to force sync. Drafts is very aggressive about sync, and it should not be needed. If something is delayed like that, it’s usually a sign of something going on at the iCloud-level on the device.
Enable sync logging in Settings > Sync, and work through these steps. Open a ticket with support (support@getdrafts.com) if they don’t resolve, and include the logs. I should be able to help you work through any issue.
