I’ve seen several diction apps that allow users to establish their own glossary of specialized words. I don’t see that in Drafts, and such a feature would be very helpful.
Drafts utilises the dictation functionality built into Apple systems. You need to teach the OS rather than Drafts. Many people do this in a bit of a hack way using contact names.
