Hi,

First: love the app!

I’ve recently switched to Evernote Business with Spaces and all my actions that work with Evernote broke.

Even the simplest “Save to Evernote” and into a specific Notebook.

Any thoughts on how I can fix it or is it an integration that needs to be built for Evernote Business specifically?

As far as I know the Evernote integration should work with Evernote Business accounts. Had you logged into Evernote with Drafts prior to making this change? Possible you need to “forget” the Evernote credentials and login again.
