If I drag a Mail message into Drafts on iOS it creates a Draft with the subject and message ID. Is there a way to get more than that into drafts such as the sender or the full header. I note that with other apps one can do this using the dragging method (eg Yoink) but Drafts only seems to extract the subject and message ID unless I’m missing something?

Maybe have a look at Drafts Mail Drop feature: Mail Drop | Drafts User Guide
Personally I like that it extracts subject and the message link because I can quickly jump to the original email - if I want to have more data I just forward the email to my Mail Drop adress
