I read the other discussions about multi-select and the limitations there. And this is a low priority idea - only if it’s an easy add…
But… it could be handy to drag a single line out of arrange mode into other apps. I would find this helpful when I want to grab a block or a line instead of manually selecting those pieces before dragging them out.
An example use case. List of todo items in Drafts. I want to drag the priority items and drop them into my calendar. Hand selecting each line is enough of a step that the workflow isn’t worth it. But if I could divide up lines or blocks as discreet objects (ie, arrange mode), I could easily drag that single piece over.
