Drafts tags in email headers not working?

Maybe I’ve missed something, but my Drafts tags like [[title]] no longer work in email headers like To and Subject (using the built in mail action), but they do work in the body of emails. has something changed and i’ve not updated accordingly?

(with the default Subject sent to [[TITLE]], i’m getting subject lines with the actual text “[[TITLE]],” instead of the replaced text.)

Try lowercasing [[TITLE]] to [[title]]. I think the template names are case sensitive.

This has recently started happening to me, but only seems to apply to the subject line of emails. I have the [[title]] in lower case. If I put in the body section it expands correctly.
