Drafts now persistently stays on top of all other open apps on my Mac. How do I stop this behaviour?
In the top right corner there are two little squares offset one another. You likely clicked that inadvertently, which invokes this intended behavior. Click it and the float should stop.

This is also available as a toggle in the Window menu.

After looking through settings to find an always on top toggle and not finding it, I went through the menus and unfortunately, while still in the settings, the float on top was greyed out and I missed it.
When I backed out of settings, it was there plain as day.
