Drafts app install on Apple Watch SE

Hey,

Having issues getting Drafts to reinstall upon my Apple Watch SE which I think is the first gen model I bought around 2021.

It’s running 10.6.2 (21U594) and I’ve restarted the device and also removed the app from my phone too.

When I click install on the watch I get the loading wheel as if it’s doing something but a short while later I see the install button again and I click once more for it to just do nothing- a very very short animation as if it’s about to show the loading wheel but then instantly shows install again.

Is the latest drafts simply incompatible?

The Drafts watch app supports back to OS 8.5 I believe. So that compatibility shouldn’t be a problem. Likely a temporary problem of some sort. Have you tried searching for some other common troubleshooting steps? I don’t have a list handy, but I know there’s some other things you can try.

I can confirm I’ve gotten it to install now! Thankfully didn’t have to re-pair or reset the watch..

a restart of phone and watch at the same time looks to have solved it. The apps I cleared I had to reinstall again which took quite some time but all good now :+1:t2:
