Dictation of Task

I use the dictation function to create Drafts on my apple watch and in works great . How can I dictate tasks? Is this possible? (In german)

When you’re making a task list with your voice what do you say at the end of that task to get a new task field to be able To continue entering tasked with your voice versus having to go up to the keypad. When you say new line The next line does not include the task brackets
