Can't get my Drafts Pro sub to work again

I’ve had a Drafts Pro sub since 2020, and I love it. But it has broken. I cannot use the Pro features like editing Actions. I try on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro to “Restore Purchases” but it says “Active Drafts Pro subscription not found.” My Family Subscription is good until next month, April 2023.

Note, I am in the TestFlight program, and I have been using the Beta version. However, when I remove the beta and re-install the App Store version, I get the same error.

Are you trying to restore on the platform you made the purchase?

If your sub name ends with and “[i]” it’s and iOS purchase, “[m]” for Mac.
