If I get your context what you are looking for is a triaging of your Drafts (maybe from the inbox).
Your type of notes seem to be a handful of different things - right?
Maybe an customized or personalized action list / keyboard extension could solve what you are aiming for.

This thread may be very old now but I wondered if this is appropriate as an approach. I am interested if I am on the right lines.
I am experimenting with a combination of Keyboard maestro , shortcuts (on MacOS), and drafts.
I set a trigger on KM to run a KM action when I wake up my Mac - eg when I open it up.
The KM action runs a Shortcut on MacOS (this is possible from V10 of KM).
The Shortcut runs through all the Inbox of Drafts automatically and if there is a specific tag, it runs a particular Drafts action.
Hence this Drafts action for me is effectively automated as it happens automatically when I open my Mac.
If anyone has something similar with clever Apple scripts running to take various actions, I’d be very interested to hear.
Just be sure that you are never in a position where you could get multiple runs for Drafts in your inbox between wake up runs.
