I’d love to be able to search workspace icon by name instead of having to scroll through impressive list we now can use 
Also, maybe as an orthogonal solution for this and this-ish, the ability to use an emoji or even no icon would be great too: because it seems that the Workspace Icon always appear next to the Workspace text, making it optional would allow the same freedom as being able to use an emoji in place of the icon…
