Where are my drafts stored?

Drafts’ drafts aren’t files.

Cannot see files in iCloud folder

They are stored in a Drafts database. It is iCloud, but it is not iCloud Drive files. If you want any standalone files you will need to export the Drafts. The folders you see can be used for script libraries and templates. They are covered in the relevant topic spaces on getdrafts.com.
