I put a lot of thought into typeface since Drafts is where…all things text starts. I want my font to give me joy since I’m looking at it all the time in Drafts.
I’d like the Display Drafts List to reflect the same font that is being used in the body of Drafts.
Yes, I can ⌘1 to toggle that display off/on, but that’s kind of not the point.

Not likely to support other fonts in the interface elements. Apple does a lot to optimize the system font for use across the system, and using other fonts tends to create issues with many accessibility features, placement and sizing of elements, and performance.
I get the desire here — the list is a pretty prominent part of the app, so having it feel visually consistent with the editor would be nice, especially if you’ve chosen a font you enjoy writing in.
At the moment, I don’t believe Drafts offers a separate setting to make the drafts list use the editor/body font. The editor appearance is customizable, but the list UI is more tied to the app/system interface styling. Still, this is a fair feature request, and keeping the list typography in sync with the editor font would make sense as an appearance option.
