Add a search field (with automatic keyboard focus) at the top of the Select List that appears when an action assigns a draft to a list. As the number of lists grows, scrolling and visually scanning becomes the bottleneck - a type-to-filter input would make list selection near-instant and keyboard-only.

Not to take away from your feature request, but in case it’s useful, this action is configurable, based on the contents of a draft, and has that filter functionality you’re asking about…
