A document which gets changed a lot seems to be reverting back to a previous iteration. I cannot figure out what the underlying reasons, but it is unnerving.
Am I imagining it or is it happening to other people too?

I’ve not noted this happening, but I don’t have any drafts that I would say I update with high frequency.
Take a look through your version history for the draft. Are the updates and reversion are being recorded, or are the updates being lost?
Details about any draft where you see this happening would be helpful if you can spot a pattern. Specifically, details about what platform(s) it was create/edit on, etc.
Sorry. This is on macOS. It was not touched on iOS at all.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to spot a pattern. I will keep looking for it though and see what I can add to the information mix.
