Is it possible to have folders other than Inbox, Archive and Trash?
No, they are fixed, though there are flagged and all to consider too.
This might help clarify them.
Usually workspaces and tags meet users’ additional filing needs. Is there something you want to do with folders that workspaces and tags would not Enable?
