Editing date time action: how to change time from 12 to 24 hour clock

Hello,
I modified a date time stamp action to display day - month - year (instead of month first), and would like to change the time from a 12 to a 24 hour clock.

[[date|%A, %e %B, %Y - %l:%M %p]]
